Earthen Hues.

March 25th, 2012 by
The weather has been beautiful outside the last few days, and so of course when I see the sun shining, I am quick to take the camera out and sneak in a mini photo shoot! Plus, I haven’t posted a decent update in a while, so what a better way to dust off this website than with a few new photos!I am fortunate to have a beautiful little forest near my house as my go-to photo shoot location for times when I spontaneously decide to snap away. Nature can never fail as a backdrop. Tucked away in between two inactive parks, this hidden gem has very little pedestrian traffic. I usually stay for hours taking pictures without the embarrassment of people watching! (Yes, I am still a little shy when it comes to posing in front of the camera!). And it has some great broken logs to walk or sit on! Lately, I’ve been particularly appreciative of environmental settings. There is something inspirational about the earthen hues of nature that has clearly influenced my wardrobe colour palette these days.
